Stacey and I had a nice quiet weekend around the house. We went to New Haven for lunch at Zaroca. We ordered spicy lamb vindaloo, and at one point Stacey was sniffling and mopping her brow from the heat. Afterward we went to the Peabody Museum
and walked around to try to see if that would get anything started. All we accomplished was learning about dinosaurs and Connecticut native birds!
Sunday was more waiting. Stacey is now unable to sleep in bed because she can't get comfortable and has taken to sleeping on the sectional. She is a trooper though and doesn't complain. We visited with my family and Stacey got to hold little 3 month old Tyler. Even that didn't get anything moving!
Today I am back at work, taking care of whatever I can before taking family leave.
