Well, the weekend was uneventful. We tidied up the house, worked in the yard and listened for rumblings in Stacey's tummy. None, but she is starting to get a very sore back. Poor thing.
Friday we had dinner in New Haven at James and Natalie's house. We had a great time and laughed all night, barely discussing babies despite the fact that Natalie is one of our obstetricians!
Saturday evening we babysat for Natalie Jones and got a peek at what this parenting thing is all about. No trips to the hospital and nary a tear shed by the 15 month old sweetie.
Sunday we visited Chad's Mom's house and grilled some nice lamb chops.
Today is Stacey's last day at work.Now Stacey will be able to rest and enjoy a bit of quiet time in the house with Buster before all the excitement starts. She will be off of work for Summer and we are so glad she will have lots of time to really get to know our little girl in the coming months.
